All the personal data we collect comes directly from you. We use your IP address and information about the browser you use. When you reach out to us, usually you submit your email address and phone number. In the message, you can also provide us with your name, surname, and other information. Submitting that data is voluntary but (when it comes to IP, browser info, or email address when contacting us) they are necessary so we can grant you access to our website or reply to your message. Moreover, via your email address, you can subscribe to our newsletter or provide your personal data when leaving a comment under our blog articles.

Why do we collect the data?

We collect personal data for statistical purposes and maintaining contact with our users when they reach out to us via the contact form. If you signed up for the newsletter, your data will only be processed for handling it.

Processing is necessary to implement the Administrator’s justified interest, in this case, to respond to the received inquiries. Providing the above-mentioned personal data is voluntary, but necessary to receive a reply to the message sent. If personal data isn’t provided, receiving a response to the message is not possible.

What’s the basis for personal data processing?

The basis for processing personal data is our lawful interest – we need to be able to keep our website’s statistics, and reply to users’ messages.

We store your data only during their processing time and for a further period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims.

Do we profil data?

To create your profile required for marketing purposes as well as to tailor direct marketing (e.g. advertisements on the Facebook social network) to your preferences, Delante as the Administrator will process your personal data in an automated manner, including profiling – but it will neither produce any legal effects on you nor significantly affect your situation.

The scope of profiling corresponds to the scope indicated above in the relation to the analysis of your activity on the Website.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the above purpose is Art. 6, sec. 1(f) of the GDPR, according to which Delante as the Administrator may process personal data in order to pursue its justified interest, in this case conducting marketing activities tailored to the preferences of recipients. Providing the above-mentioned personal data is voluntary, but necessary to implement the hereinabove purpose (the consequence of not providing the personal data will be the inability of the Administrators to conduct marketing activities tailored to the preferences of recipients).

The Administrator will keep processing your personal data for the profiling until an objection is raised or the purpose of the personal data processing is achieved.
